Welcome to our meeting. You will need to RSVP here through Eventbrite and also nominate your charity at the same time. Whether you can participate or not, you will receive the link to the Zoom Virtual meeting (if we are doing a Zoom meeting - this will be determined on June 2nd).
We are once again very grateful to Grapevine.org who is helping to facilitate our Zoom meeting.
You do not need a ticket for the event. Please disregard any reference to a "ticket, order, or attendee number"during the RSVP process. We will know whether you are participating once you complete this RSVP.
As always, the meeting will begin at 5:45 pm with a brief welcome, followed by three 5-minute presentations from the randomly drawn charities. Following their presentations, you will then vote for the charity of your choice. If the meeting is on Zoom, your votes will be tallied in real time through the polling option on the Zoom call so we will know the winning charity right away. Following the meeting, I will send out an email with a re-cap of the meeting as well as payment details for the winning charity. So if you can't join the Zoom call you will still receive the meeting details immediately following the meeting.
